Season 4, Episode 8 – Goal Diggers With Elizabeth & Nicola

This was the last episode we recorded before the Covid-19 quarantine. In this episode Nicola and I, talk about our ultimate goals and what that looks like in a perfect world. Larry David watch out, the hilarious Nicola is coming at you. Further more, I believe TV needs a versatile female late night Cuban American TV host and I know just the girl. We also chat about all the different endeavors and creative projects we have accomplished to date and the lessons we learned along the way. I open up and talk about my very scary health issue in detail and the effects it had on me then and now. Woo, being vulnerable is hard. Lol As usual, we laugh, we keep it real, and we try to be as honest as possible with all the listeners. Stay Safe!

Season 4, Episode 6 – The Breast Is Yet To Come With Dr. Jennifer Jara and Perla Hudson – Part 2

This is the second part of BII (Breast Implant Illness) episode with Functional/Holistic Medicine, Dr. Jennifer Jara and Perla Hudson. In this episode Dr. Jara, who has been in private practice for nearly 20 years and has a full scale approach to help a variety of patients seeking natural effective treatments to better their health through functional wellness.
